Please pray for my family. I am struggling with communication issues and anger outbursts with my teenage daughter and husband. Please help me to have good communication with my family and to keep us together with love and caring. Please pray for me, Saji, and Nia to be together as a family, share our thoughts/ prayers and meals when we are home. Please pray for Nia to get into the best college chosen by God, and to make good friends and life choices. Give her so many friends and helping people so that she will not feel lonely in life. As most of you have heard, my sister Carol passed away on September 6. She was initially admitted to St. John's in Oxnard with a diagnosis of pneumonia in mid-August. He neck was swelling and sores appeared on her chest. Her oncologist was on vacation and not much treatment was happening beyond antibiotics and extra oxygen, so after a week there my sister Beth began to advocate for her and to ask for further testing. Davis Tate
Please pray for a local boy, Davis Tate, who has suffered extensive injuries from a 30 foot fall in Canada last week. He had surgery and doctors are hopeful he may be able to walk again in a year. May God wrap his healing arms around Davis and give his parent strength and courage during this difficult time.Read more
