Youth Group Peer Leader Description

As a Peer Leader in youth groups you can help plan and run the weekly youth groups on either Mondays from 6:00pm-7:30pm (High School) or the Wednesdays from 3:30pm-5:00pm (Middle School).

Roles

Game leaders - help come up and lead the focusing activity/game of the day which is usually the first 15-20 minutes of the Confirmation Class. 

Prayer leaders - help come up and lead the closing prayer of that day which is usually done during the last 15-10 minutes of class. 

Expectations

Peer leaders are asked to come 30 minutes before each youth group session so that they can help set-up and go over with Brian what the youth group night will be about.

Peer Leaders for High School Youth Group: check-in Mondays 5:30pm

Peer Leader for Middle School Youth Group: check-in at 3:00 pm

Time Commitment

We would love for you to attend the youth groups weekly, but we understand that you guys have busy schedules. So the time commitment is however many youth group you can attend to help out. If you're unable to attend, please let Brian know so he'll know how many leaders will be serving for each youth group and plan accordingly.
