Our dear Eileen has been put on Hospice and is beginning her final steps of her journey to heaven. Please pray for her, her husband Drew, her kids Hannah and Cameron, and all her siblings and family. Our hearts are so heavy with sorrow at this time. Please also be respectful of her large family and their need to share these days with her. Visits need to be prearranged and very short. Year 2 Parent Connect - Sept. 29th
This week's Confirmation class focused on the Sacrament of Confirmation as the completion of baptismal grace and the sacrament of Christian maturity. We also went over some misconceptions candidates may have about receiving the sacrament. Our candidates took some time to look over the baptismal promises you made on their behalf when they were baptized (if they were baptized as infants). We then took time at the end of the session to prayerfully focus ourselves on the remainder of the preparation.
