National Eucharistic Revival

The Bishops of the United States are calling for a three-year grassroots revival of devotion and belief in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. They believe that God wants to see a movement of Catholics across the United States, healed, converted, formed, and unified by an encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist—and sent out in mission “for the life of the world.”
These three years will culminate in the first National Eucharistic Congress in the United States in almost fifty years. Almost a hundred thousand Catholics will join together in Indianapolis for a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage toward the “source and summit” of our Catholic faith.
As the national Eucharistic Revival approaches, we are pleased to announce an Archdiocesan Eucharistic Congress to be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. This daylong event is part of the diocesan year of the Eucharistic Revival launching on the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, June 19.
The Archdiocesan Eucharistic Congress will be an opportunity for all the faithful in Los Angeles to gather to hear preaching and teaching by Bishop Robert Barron, Noel Díaz, Christ Stefanick, Sr. Miriam James Heidland, SOLT and more in order to deepen our faith in Jesus Christ and his Eucharistic presence among us (an English-track and a distinct Spanish-track will be available for the presentations).
Above all, this will be an occasion to pray together before the Blessed Sacrament, to celebrate together the Eucharist with Archbishop José Gomez, and to be sent forth for the life of the world.

They will be doing extensive test on her in the next few days. I am asking once again if you will pray along with our family that the test results show that she is still cancer-free.
